Mobile Doctors is currently
seeking quality physicians and healthcare professionals to spread the Mobile Doctors philosophy
to other parts of the county. Over 9 years of house call experience has helped us develop a
standard plan that can help other physicians benefit from this reemerging industry.
In the days of managed care and declining reimbursement, many physicians are looking for ways
to improve their practice, boost their profit margins, and make their practice more marketable.

tools they are currently using can be used to maximize not only their house call practice but
also their current clinical practice. In addition, as technology advances, there are many improvements
that can be made to a practice by knowing which to invest and integrate. Mobile Doctors has
capitalized on their over 9 years of house call experience in developing a business plan to
make a private practice of house calls succeed. This plan can either be an ongoing agreement
or adapted for consulting and/or as a billing agent. In either case, Mobile Doctors can make
a practice show positive cash flow and reduce overhead in a short period of time.
Mobile Doctors has identified three key factors in selecting which doctors would be successful associated with our program. First, we affiliate with quality physicians where a significant positive impact can be made on their practice. Second, house calls are the main focus, but we work on improving the entire practice. Third, we look for doctors who want to be leaders in the house call field and desire compensation accordingly.
Below are the 2 methods Mobile Doctors follows in integrating house calls into a doctor's practice:
